Para se tratar de produtos complexos, repletos de regras e requisitos, será necessário ter boa visão sistêmica e experiência sólida no desenho de plataformas de gestão escaladas.Atuando em equipes multidisciplinares, você deverá conduzir o processo de design desde a definição do problema, concepção e validação das hipóteses, até o lançamento e acompanhamento da performance das soluções definidas.💻ResponsabilidadesComo PD Senior, você deve atuar com grande autonomia nas responsabilidades abaixo:Em parceria com PMs, Devs e outros membros do time, busque a compreensão do contexto do produto antes de iniciar o projeto. Entender qual é o objetivo do projeto, necessidade ou problema a ser resolvido e a entrega de valor desejada;Entender quais são os prazos, requisitos de projeto, regras de negócio, dependências, riscos e outras limitações. Apoiar a definição de métricas de sucesso claro e mensurável;Planejar e aplicar pesquisas quantitativas e qualitativas com clientes externos ou internos, a fim de identificar motivações, necessidades, comportamentos e pontos de dor da jornada de cada pessoa do produto;Compreender os KPIs do negócio e levantar dados para entender o desempenho e oportunidades de melhoria dos produtos;Identificar tendências e oportunidades através de benchmarkings com concorrentes e indiretos;Colaborar na definição do escopo da solução. Usar jornadas, fluxogramas, mapas de oportunidade, rabiscoframes e outras ferramentas de tangibilização para ajudar na discussão;Colaborar com o design system da Flash;Pensar a arquitetura do sistema e casos de uso por meio de fluxogramas e plantas detalhadas;wireframes que permitem a validação de conteúdo, fluxos e proposta de valor da solução, de maneira rápida e sem aplicação de alto tempo e esforço;Crie protótipos em alta fidelidade que respeitem os guias de branding e padrões de interface do Flash. Desdobrar os pontos de interrupção necessários, detalhar as interações e criar o protótipo navegável de forma a permitir uma visualização realista da experiência;Criar handoffs com documentação clara e detalhada dos casos de uso, regras de negócio, comportamentos da interface, feedbacks de erro e sucesso, mapa de rastreamento, etc;Analisar e interpretar os resultados dos projetos, identificando as oportunidades de melhoria na solução apresentada.
