Experience2-3 years of relevant SAP experience particularly with SD Modules2 years direct support of application end-users in a Corporate environmentKnowledge of classic ECC logistics processes. Experience working in highly customized environments (Z routines, user-exits, enhancements). Demonstrated ability to support Brazil-specific localizations in SD processes (billing, taxes, NFe). Ability to handle critical incidents and working under SLA-driven environments. Proven track record in documentation and knowledge transfer activities (such as KT sessions, producing runbooks, and solution documentation). A track record of successful roles in SAP implementation or upgrade projectsWorking knowledge and understanding of supporting business processesAnalytical, logical problem resolution skillsKnowledge of localizations: architecture, implementation and key functionalityExpertise with SAP 4.x and ECC, including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the applicationKnowledge of maintenance/patching mechanics and SAP architectureDemonstrable history solving problems across multiple modulesMust have technical and functional experience.
