Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
  • Microservices: experience with developing and maintaining Microservices.
  • Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Previous background implementing Unit Tests, Clean Architecture, OAuth2, TDD, BDD, Design Patterns.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

    About You

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a product designer.
  • You are proficient in Figma or Sketch, InVision, and Zeplin.
  • You have impeccable UX/UI skills.
  • You are a strategic design thinker.
  • You have experience working on a product from its inception to shipment.
  • You can oversee the design direction across all our client's work; lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse products, platforms, and devices.
  • You have experience defining patterns/style guides, performing user testing, and building low to high fidelity prototypes.
  • You have a passion for research and have facilitated user testing and studies/analysis of user feedback and behavior.
  • You process quantitative as well as qualitative data alongside empathy as a driver to distill into innovative, user-centric solutions.
  • You have experience balancing product, development, and user-centered goals to help shape overall product strategy.
  • You understand how software is made and how to collaborate with developers, product managers, and clients.
