We are currently looking for a (Networking & Cybersecurity) Technical Support Consultant in Latin America.In this role, you will provide high-quality technical support for clients using SaaS, software, and hardware solutions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. You will work remotely within a multicultural and multilingual environment, collaborating closely with engineers and other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Your work will involve gathering and analyzing complex technical data, maintaining knowledge of evolving products, and supporting customers' network and cybersecurity needs. You will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, mentoring junior colleagues, and continuously improving support processes.
