O(a) profissional será responsável por projetar, implementar e evoluir soluções baseadas em IA que apoiem desenvolvedores em todo o ciclo de vida — desde a geração de código até a integração com pipelines e ferramentas de gestão.RequirementsResponsabilidades Criar e otimizar workflows de CI/CD com agentes de IA (ex.: integração de GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code em pipelines).Utilizar Design Systems proprietários como base de conhecimento para agentes que geram código de telas e componentes.Integrar ferramentas de IA com plataformas de gerenciamento de tarefas (Jira, Linear, ClickUp, etc.) para automação de processos de dev.Construir agentes de IA para auxiliar em revisões de código, documentação técnica e testes automatizados.Apoiar a definição de padrões técnicos para o uso de IA em squads de desenvolvimento.Monitorar eficiência das integrações de IA e propor melhorias contínuas.Requisitos ObrigatóriosExperiência prática com GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code ou similares.Vivência em automação de pipelines de CI/CD.Conhecimento em React/Next.js, Node.js/TypeScript (integração e suporte à geração de código).Experiência com APIs de IA (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace ou similares).Vivência com ferramentas de gestão de tarefas (Jira, Trello, Linear, ClickUp, etc.).Familiaridade com DevOps/infraestrutura básica (Docker, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).Inglês técnico.DiferenciaisExperiência em MLOps (deploy e monitoramento de modelos).Conhecimento em bancos vetoriais (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate).Experiência com LangChain, LlamaIndex ou frameworks de orquestração de agentes.Vivência em grandes times de engenharia e Developer Productivity/DevEx.Competências ComportamentaisInovação e curiosidade tecnológica.Foco em produtividade e melhoria contínua.Boa comunicação e habilidade para evangelizar o uso de IA em times técnicos.Capacidade de transformar problemas complexos em soluções práticas.
