THE ROLEThe role is for a Business Development Representative to prospect and contact potential clients through various channels with the goal of scheduling discovery calls on behalf of our sales people. Valatam's clients are growing US and Canadian businesses with remote entry-level vacancies or a high volume of computer/telephone tasks.Provided your work generates 5 qualified sales calls per week, you are free to work as and when you please, until this KPI is met you are expected to complete the below activities:Adding 40 vetted leads to our outreach tool (Apollo.io) personalized email sequences & LinkedIn sequences dailyKeeping Hubspot CRM updatedMaking 100 phone calls dailyHigh-touch manual outreachManual follow-ups by phone/email/LinkedInTracking activities daily in a scorecardDaily huddles and Weekly feedback sessions with the rest of the teamExperimenting with FB/Twitter outreachCommunity and awareness building (responding to Quora, LinkedIn, blog posts recommending our services)Attend sales huddles and trainings with enthusiasm, a genuine love for sales and a yearning for learningRequirementsC1/C2 English writing and speaking skillsExperience with Hubspot, apollo.io, or similar tools1+ years of BDR and sales cold-calling experience to set sales appointmentsIndependent, problem solver, adaptable, and great communication skills.
