We are looking for passionate technologists, collaborators, and problem solvers to join our Benefits Technology team as we build the next generation of employer benefits solutions and services.As a Software Engineer on the WEX Benefits Technology team, you will work in a team that partners closely with Product Managers and customers to learn about the challenges employers face while navigating the competitive employee benefits landscape. You will design solutions that solve problems in ways our customers love and work for our business. You will build the highest quality software in the latest technologies and test driven development practices.How you'll make an impact * Collaborate with stakeholders to learn about our customers biggest challenges. * Measure, inspect, and drive decisions using data. * Design, test, code, and instrument new solutions. * Strengthen and drive our engineering process with TDD and BDD, Microservice and Vertical Slice Architectures. * Support live applications, promote proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and continuous improvement. * Analyze existing systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvements. * Mentor and learn from your peers, foster continuous learning within your team and organization. * Become a subject matter expert in your functional area and best practices. * Assess unique circumstances and apply creative problem-solving techniques to resolve issues or suggest various approaches. * Independently complete work and proactively review with others. Experience you'll bring * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; OR demonstrable equivalent experience. * Strong experience in software engineering. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Passionate about keeping up with modern technologies and design. * Strong proficiency in Angular and/or React * Experience building and consuming REST APIs * Proven track record of writing comprehensive unit tests and test suites * Strong understanding of software security principles and OWASP guidelines * Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines * Experience with Agile development methodologies * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities * Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule * Experience in writing performant stored procedures and functions * Experience in developing Cloud-Native applications and services Technology * C# * Docker * Modern RDBMS (i.e. MS SQL, Postgres, MySQL) * ASP.NET RESTful API design * Kafka / event-driven design * Modern Web UI Frameworks and Libraries (i.e. React) * GraphQL * Azure Technology Nice-To-Have Or Dedicate To Learning Quickly * Kubernetes * Helm/ArgoCD * Terraform * GitHub Actions * NoSQL databases

From prospecting to long-term relationship management, we ensure every partner grows with us and achieves consistent results.It's the talent, dedication, and strategic mindset of this team that build lasting partnerships and drive real impact across the markets we serve.Your day-to-day impact:Managing current large merchants with a focus on driving YOY revenue growth by executing strategic commercial growth plans;Developing and driving pipeline of new products, market expansion, and share of checkout opportunities, to increase volume and revenue within each merchant relationship; Develop and maintain a trusted relationship, acting as the voice of the customer: learning merchants' product pain points and expansion plans, understanding their priorities and urgency, and effectively communicating this across internal cross-functional teamsOutstanding internal and external communication - respond to client's demands and correctly address, convey compelling value propositions, inform merchants of EBANX's product roadmap, ability to communicate sensitive news to the merchant;Monitor, measure, and propose strategies to continually improve merchant performance, payment method optimization, market penetration, and brand advancement;Close collaboration and partnership with a diverse cross functional team (e.g. product, marketing, subject matter experts, operations, risk, legal, and finance) to maximize merchant satisfaction and reference ability;Maintain a strong understanding of our competitive landscape and business strategyDiligently report on sales pipeline progression within Salesforce.com; requires a high level of organizationProvide feedback to leadership on ways to optimize the sales cycle, enhance sales channels, and improve corporate brand awareness;At all times you will be a positive representative of the company and its brand and will conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism;Reporting directly to the Leader of Merchant Success. Must-haves to shine in this role:Experience as Account Manager or Business Development with a tenure of exceeding targets;Must have experience in payments;Understanding of merchant payment environment and needs;Analytical skills, high level of organization, attention to details;Proven experience using Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and drive sales process discipline.Ability to translate CRM and data insights into actionable account or territory strategies.A self-starter who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial and fast paced setting;Tenacious and resilient with a positive, solution-oriented attitude;Confident, articulate, and professional communication, presentation, and persuasion skills;Excellent planning,prioritization, and time management discipline;Must have a valid passport and be willing to travel (up to 30% of the time);Fluent English (we will test it).
