Requirements:Minimum 3+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with a technical or platform focus. Background in engineering or strong technical fluency (e.g., able to discuss code, debug issues, or evaluate feasibility). Experience managing CMS-based systems (e.g., Webflow or headless CMS) at scale. Demonstrated ability to work across disciplines — engineering, SEO, design — and drive cross-functional alignment. Highly analytical — able to define success metrics, pull data, and present insights to drive prioritization and decision-making. Hands-on experience with modern product development practices: agile, Kanban, discovery frameworks, backlog grooming, etc. Strong written communication skills.
