We are currently looking for a (Networking & Cybersecurity) Technical Support Consultant in Latin America.In this role, you will provide high-quality technical support for clients using SaaS, software, and hardware solutions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences. You will work remotely within a multicultural and multilingual environment, collaborating closely with engineers and other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
