What You Need To Succeed * Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. * Experience training and fine-tuning LLMs and generative models on platforms like Huggingface. * Deep familiarity with GitHub, API integrations, MCPs, and cloud GPU cluster management (AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent). * Knowledge of automated ML workflows and MLOps principles. * Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and efficient AI pipelines. * Passion for leveraging AI to increase coding productivity and automate creative processes. * Effective communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
