About the Company

We are an AI and low-code solutions consultancy that builds custom tools, workflows, and document systems for clients.

The company is transitioning part of its development work toward AI-assisted pro-code.

Our team is distributed across Latin America and Europe, operating in a remote, asynchronous environment with a high degree of autonomy.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Fractional CFO to assess the company's current financial landscape and build a finance culture based on strong financial practices.

This is a temporary mandate — the goal is to "teach us how to fish" and eventually step away after establishing the right structure, cadence, and culture.

The role is consultative but hands-on: this person needs to get into the details and work directly with the company's financial data.

Phase 1 — Assessment & Structuring

First 6 months

• Assess the company's current financial landscape

• Define and implement financial best practices

• Build financial culture and operating rhythms

• Develop financial KPIs

• Structure and organize all of the company's financial information

Phase 2 — Long-Term Strategy

• Guide long-term growth decisions

Technical Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in finance, with a track record of building financial structures at growing companies

• Previous fractional or consulting experience is a plus

• Ability to build financial processes and culture from the ground up

• Experience defining and tracking financial KPIs

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)

• Fluent English

• Familiarity with major LLMs and concrete examples of using AI in day-to-day work

What We Offer

• Contract type: Part-time consulting engagement (10–20 hours/week)

• Estimated duration: Approximately 1 year

• Location: 100% remote — work from anywhere

• Time zone: Minimum 4-hour overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
