The company is transitioning part of its development work toward AI-assisted pro-code.

Our team is distributed across Latin America and Europe, operating in a remote, asynchronous environment with a high degree of autonomy.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a marketing professional to build our marketing function from the ground up and develop a long-term strategy aligned with the company's goals, with a focus on B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own the marketing strategy

• Build a B2B lead generation engine

• Establish the marketing team's processes, channels, and overall structure

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B lead generation

• Ability to build a marketing function from the ground up, including channels and processes

• Strategic mindset connected to business goals, not just tactical execution

• Data-driven profile, with an understanding of SEO and visibility in AI-generated search results (GEO)

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for reporting and KPI tracking

• Fluent English

• Familiarity with major LLMs and concrete examples of using AI in day-to-day work

• Contract type: Contractor, starting part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time
