Join our "Future Talent" network to be among the first considered when the right opportunity arises.With over 160 new hires every year, we are constantly expanding our team with passionate and skilled professionals who want to make an impact.As a DevOps Engineer, you will be fundamental in the management, automation, and monitoring of our hosting infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability across multiple cloud providers and on-premise environments.How your day-to-day work will look like:✅ Contribute to the administration and operation of our cloud-hosted environments (AWS and GCP, with future potential for Azure) and across virtual and bare-metal installations.✅ Lead infrastructure management using Terraform to ensure that all environments are provisioned, maintained, and scaled efficiently and with a high degree of automation.✅ Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters, guaranteeing smooth and reliable deployment and operation.✅ Design, maintain, and improve our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, with demonstrable experience in GitLab CI/CD.✅ Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and use of observability stacks such as Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus (or Open Telemetry).✅ Build and maintain robust health monitoring dashboards and smart alerting systems, implementing a monitoring model per tenant for aggregation into a centralized view.This would make you the ideal candidate:✨ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.✨ +5 Years of experience working in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineer role.✨ Advanced proficiency in Terraform for cloud infrastructure management.✨ Strong experience managing infrastructure and services in at least one major cloud provider (AWS or GCP), and exposure to Multi-Cloud or on-premise environments.✨ Solid experience in Kubernetes administration.✨ Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, preferably GitLab.✨ Hands-on experience implementing and administering the Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus stacks (or similar alerting and telemetry solutions).✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
