This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our products, driving design excellence, and delivering delightful customer experiences. You will lead design initiatives across vertical and horizontal projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead Design Initiatives: Define and deliver product design across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. Foster alignment across teams by effectively communicating a design vision and facilitating collaboration.Requirements:Passion for Design: A deep passion for Product Design and UX Design craft; committed to creating meaningful, impactful user experiences.Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years as a Product Designer in a fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years leading holistic design as a Staff Product Designer (or equivalent title).Multi-Disciplinary Expertise: Strong skills in UI, UX, and visual design, with a proven track record of crafting functional yet delightful customer experiences. Comfortable working through complex flows, creating engaging interfaces, and storytelling through visuals and prototypes.Data-Informed Design: Your design work is deeply rooted in ideation, experimentation and evidence, ensuring that recommendations are always backed by data.Comfortable with Ambiguity: Able to work at speed while maintaining high-quality and thoughtful solutions; driving clarity from complexity and ambiguity.Balances User and Business Needs: Equally focused on user experience and business objectives, ensuring that design solutions meet both criteria effectively.Strong Communicator and Facilitator: An outstanding communicator who can bring people together, build strong relationships, and gain alignment across teams.
