This includes working alongside our Infrastructure teams managing the environments to ensure reliability and performance, as well as enhancing the user experience (UX) to empower other teams to build their own automations effectively.Champion and enforce stringent security standards in all automations, ensuring the secure handling of sensitive data and implementing best practices for encryption, access control, and secure API usage in partnership with our security team.Own the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects from initial ideation and requirements gathering with stakeholders to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.What we’re looking for:5+ years of experience in process automation, software development, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed projects that delivered measurable business value.Expert-level proficiency with at least one enterprise-grade low-code/no-code automation platform (e.g., n8n, Make). You should know its limitations and have a strong understanding of best practices to implement when working with the tools.Strong scripting and development skills in JavaScript (Node.js) and/or Python, used to write custom logic, transform data, and interact with APIs.Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
